Dayna Hardgrove

Dayna Hardgrove is a Product Leader with many years of experience in the online food delivery industry. In this industry, she has gotten the opportunity to work in many product roles spanning products built for varying personas including vendors, internal administrators, customer service representatives, hungry customers, and delivery heroes! Today she works on an application for Delivery Riders in a B2C (or B2B2C) Role.

Dayna is a servant leader, passionate about helping others to accomplish great things! She has formally led teams of between one and six product managers but has proudly led through influence much larger cross-functional teams toward important strategic goals. After playing team sports for her entire life, Dayna applies a similar approach at work. She emphasizes the importance of close collaboration, trust, humility, and enjoying the journey.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dayna is an expat and an enthusiastic traveler, having visited over 45 countries. She loves understanding the local cultures of the countries she visits and can usually be found in their local food markets! Through her travels, she tries to truly understand people, their motivations, and the challenges they face in their daily lives. This empathy for all citizens of the world is an important input that Dayna uses daily in her role as a product leader.
