Deepak is an experienced Product Manager working in the eCommerce industry. He’s skilled in Research, Product Management, Wireframing, and Data Analysis. Currently, Deepak is a Senior Product Manager Agoda, leading company-wide Product innovation by owning the roadmap and overall strategy, and working with developers and other teams to bring that vision to reality. Additionally, he communicates his vision extensively with stakeholders across the organization, improves Product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal stakeholders, and makes data-driven decisions on conversion, repeat rates, site performance metrics, bounce rates, return on investment, etc. Prior to his current role, Deepak was a Product Manager at Furlenco, overseeing Payments, Subscription Management, Post Purchase life cycle, Billing, and Customer Experience. He first gained experience in Product Management working at Flipkart, where he was responsible for AdTech, eCommerce, Native and Network advertising, Conversion, and Click Prediction model. Throughout Deepak’s career, he has been responsible for strategic Product planning, defining, delivering, and continuously innovating company consumer platforms. He strives to create world-class platforms that are customer-obsessed and understands customer needs and consumer behavior through research, customer feedback analysis, clickstream analysis, and direct interactions with customers. Deepak has experience working closely with Engineering, Research, Quality Assurance, Design, and Marketing teams to create synergies leading to a high-quality product.
