Deotima is a Product Manager that’s demonstrated a strong capability of managing large projects with global cross-functional teams where she delivered great results. Currently, she’s a Product Manager at Instagram, establishing shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to Product execution, driving Product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers, and leading the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative Products. Additionally, Deotima defines and analyzes metrics that inform the success of Products, understands Instagram’s strategic and competitive position, and delivers Products that are recognized best in the industry. Prior to her current role, she worked in Personalization Strategy at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, where she collaborated with the Product Strategy leadership team to define a 3-year Personalization strategy for Net-a-Porter, Yoox, Outnet, and Online Flagship Stores (Armani, Valentino, Chloe, etc.) Deotima first gained experience in Management working at IAC, building and optimizing features for B2C search monetization platform, security products, and content publishing. After 3 years, she went on to become a Product Manager of Frontend Global eCommerce & Innovation at Levi Strauss, emerging tech + eCommerce such as Indigo chatbot A/I, Fit Visualization, Virtual Closet, and Shoppable Videos. Deotima is a creative problem solver, hardworking, and dedicated to her projects.
