Ekaterina Monnot

Ekaterina had the objective to combine a deeper insight into business and business processes, with the development of technical competence as well as personal growth in an ambitious company operating on the international market. Currently, she’s a Senior Product Manager at Spotify, working with a platform product that enables core Spotify experience across different Spotify clients. Prior to her current role, Ekaterina as a Product Manager at Klarna, within Analytics and Credit Risk domain she worked with the systems securing Klarna’s unique real-time underwriting. With the input from stakeholders and based on the data, she set the roadmap and goals within the domain and then drove the execution of the solution. Ekaterina worked closely with software engineers, data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to understand their needs, identify the problem, find the most valuable solution, and then drive the delivery. She first gained experience as an Agile Product Owner working at Telia, working on the continuous improvement of a Mobile SelfService app for several markets and facilitating the collaboration of business stakeholders and scrum team while securing the customer benefit.
