Elva is a Product Leader at Credit Karma, currently leading the strategy on their car-led financial shopping experience. Before that, she was focused on Growth and Discovery as a Senior Product Manager. Her first role with the company was as a Product Manager working on Credit Health. Before joining Credit Karma, she worked on Social Intelligence research and insights at Uber. She has also worked on Product Marketing and Global Sales at Facebook and as a Game Product Manager at Zynga.
Elva holds two bachelor's degrees. The first, a BBA in Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, from Wilfrid Laurier University. The second is a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. She also studied Business at Nanyang Technological University and Journalism at the Renmin University of China. Additionally, she holds a Certificate of Leadership Accomplishment from the University of Waterloo's Professional Development program.
