Emily Dalton Smith

Emily Dalton Smith is the Vice President of Product at Meta and leads teams that build products to inspire and enable our community to make an impact across key social issues, such as climate, health, equity, and civics. Previously, she led strategic partnerships for Social Good at Meta, where her team worked with the world’s leading nonprofits to help raise funds and awareness for their organizations.

Prior to joining Meta, Emily was a Senior Program Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she managed investments in personalized learning technologies. She also worked as a Director and Special Assistant to the Provost at Arizona State University. She holds degrees from Arizona State University and the University at Buffalo.
