Faran Najam is a product executive with over 15 years of experience who serves as an AI Product Leader at Chime. In this role, he leads the strategy, development, and execution of complex data exchange and financial products, serving millions of consumers across the fintech ecosystem. Faran oversees a multidisciplinary product organization focused on bridging complex data infrastructure with delightful interfaces, and his leadership is central to scaling comprehensive digital banking ecosystems where technical reliability, platform analytics, and intuitive user experiences intersect.

Prior to his role at Chime, Faran drove the launch of highly scalable infrastructure platforms and data integrations at Intuit, LogicMonitor, and Eventbrite. As a recognized pioneer in AI enablement, he holds the unique distinction of being Product School’s first-ever student-turned-instructor, where he recently spearheaded the rollout of the "Claude Code for Product Managers" curriculum to teach AI-native prototyping and rapid data synthesis.
