Fernando Diaz Gestal

Fernando is passionate about the continuous challenge of creating tech for improving people's lives. He has more than 15 years of experience, working in very different positions in the technology sector (Software Engineer, Consultant, Product Manager, Head of Product) mainly in the e-learning and gaming industries; but always with the same values: honesty, agility and building teams first than Products. Currently, Fernando Teaches in a Digital Product Management Master’s program at Nuclio Digital School Prior to his current role, Fernando was a Product Director at King, working with the Product Leadership Team to improve our game platform across our main three locations (Stockholm, London, and Barcelona). Before, he was a Senior Technical Product Manager, enabling small game teams to create, run and operate big games by providing different modules inside our game platform to run King games as a service. Additionally while working at King, Fernando created/maintained and communicated a clear vision for the Product, ensured continuous delivery towards the vision, innovated and drove the implementation of new features towards that vision, and established and measured relevant KPIs. He first gained experience in Product working at Netex, where he set a strategic direction based on customer needs and business goals, served as a representative to internal and external clients, and took the lead in establishing tactical plans and objectives.
