James Dillard

James is a Product Manager at YouTube, where he has led work on Creator and Search features. Prior to YouTube, he worked as a Product Manager at AdRoll (now NextRoll) and at the Climate Corporation.

He is passionate about coaching and helping people make the transition into product management. In addition to his work at YouTube, he has been a regular speaker at Product School and is a Product / Strategy advisor for Macro Oceans, a start-up in the sustainability space.
