James Hammond

James Hammond is a customer-obsessed product professional who loves to use data and metrics to bring delight to his users. He is currently a Senior Product Manager at Cruise building features for self-driving cars. Before this, he worked as Director of Product Management at GoSite, a digital platform for small businesses. James has also lent his talents to top companies, having worked at Fitbit, Intuit, Ernst and Young, and Accenture.

James attended the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a Bachelor's in Computer Science. He also attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business where he earned his MBA in Marketing and General Management. He stayed active in his school community as the Director of Careers for the Marketing Club.
