Having a balanced background between Tech, Business, UX, and Data, Jodhias Adhikaprana Sardjono found his calling in the Product Manager pathway. Currently, he is working at Tokopedia, the top-tier eCommerce company in South-East Asia, leading Payment Tools Initiatives in Payment as a service division. Subsequently, he is also active in the Product community, as he held Product School Jakarta events since 2018 to grow Product Management expertise across Indonesia.
One of his key results is Payment Customer Service Tickets, where it had been always the top 3 (three) most created CS Tickets category in his company for more than a year. By leading and collaborating across 12 different roles and divisions, Jodhias exceeded his target and cut down Payment CS Tickets to more than 50% in around 3 months, putting Payment on number 8 for the most created CS Tickets.
Jodhias is eager to learn and perform with tougher challenges related to product management, especially in his chosen field, Payment Technology, as he aims to dedicate himself to the Waqf technology initiative (an endowment fund for Islamic charity). Furthermore, he has an appetite for Personal Growth, as he is the book author of Visionary Life. He values Grit and the Growth Mindset to function as a leader and a team player at the same time.
