Prior to his current role, John has spent over 5 years at Huddle, progressively attaining higher positions in Engagement and Customer Success. His achievements included leading Huddle Customer Engagement in North America, successfully establishing an operating model and leading cross-functional teams to double revenue from the territory. Moreover, his efforts have been recognized as he rose from the front line as employee 12 to lead Global Customer Success for huddle.com. His main areas of expertise include knowledge management, collaborative tools along with benefits focused implementation techniques. In addition to this, John has a deep content knowledge of emerging collaborative technologies.
He graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Master of Arts in Law and Mathematics. On top of his academic and professional endeavors, John is also a licensed Private Pilot.
