Joseph is a Product Leader focused on designing, building, and shipping exceptional products for both consumer and B2B customers over the last 10+ years. He’s proud to be a key part of two acquisitions from Amazon and Uber and has a track record of being able to rally cross-functional teams from engineering and design to data science and customer success to align towards a product vision focused on bringing customers delight. Currently, Joseph has been leading product initiatives at Uber Advanced Technologies Group focusing on creating self-driving technology to make roads safer. Previously, he’s led both product initiatives at Mighty Ai (acquired by Uber) and a Senior Product Manager, managing the roadmap and product development of their cloud-based annotation tools for computer vision customers focused on autonomous driving (2D, Lidar, Metadata, and Sequencing) and their community-focused features, including a company-wide overhaul of our annotation tools to focus on computer vision. Additionally, Joseph integrated computer vision applications into both the company’s community and customer tools to automate prior manual processes and improved efficiency to create calibration tasks by 75% to build in-task qualifiers. At Amazon as a Program Manager, he launched Product Ads Conversion Tracking which had 23% adoption with their partners including Zappos, 6pm, Diapers.com, Wag.com, AllSaints, HomeClick and Designer Living, and created weekly metrics tracking our Seller Support progress for Self-Service Initiatives. Joseph has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration & Marketing from the University of Washington.
