Julia has over 7 years of experience in the video gaming industry concentrating on development, operation, and partnership. She has a strategy and Product Management background, and experience in partnership management for cross-organization and cross-culture collaborations. Julia is a design-savvy Producer to create the best user experience. Currently, she’s a Product Manager at Snap Inc, designing, scoping (functional and technical), building and testing innovative solutions that automate and scale Snap’s enterprise systems in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner. Prior to her current role, she was a Product Lead at Riot Games, leading the China production and operation for League of Legends, the most played PC game in the world, and managing a cross-discipline team including Product Management, Art, Design, and closely work with Engineering. Additionally, Julia managed the relationship with regional partner (Tencent), drove cross-organization alignment for key business decisions, drove China-specific game initiatives (social and eCommerce), developed the corresponding product and strategy, built a product roadmap, and development process and delivery plan. Though she began as an Associate Product Manager, overseeing game service operation of China market, driving player base and revenue through significant increases, and managing biweekly game content updates and feature release to maintain the freshness of game experience.
