Jyoti has 10 years of experience in results-oriented and data-driven problem solving across different geographies, building engaging customer experiences and managing a complete product lifecycle. Currently, she’s a Senior Product Manager at PayPal, working closely with PayPal’s leadership to identify new growth opportunities in 200+ consumer markets through consumer experiences, and managing Product roadmap for PayPal’s app for logged-in user experience with a focus on personalization on the basis of customer segmentation and intent. Jyoti owns the Home screen of PayPal app with 7.5M DAU and responsible for a 20% YoY increase, developed a personalized messaging framework that follows the user through the lifecycle, and focused on improving active user base and retention with an eye on CLV. She began working at PayPal managing the Xoom Cross-border remittance, deriving qualitative and quantitative insights via analytics, user interviews, and market research as part of the international expansion of the Xoom. Additionally, Jyoti drove user engagement with a focus on minimizing churn by revamping the website during the multi-country launch of cross-border service with origination expansion to EU, CA; and improved web performance and conversion by standardization, content enrichment, and overall information relevance. Jyoti began her career is Product working at Adobe, where she developed a distributed system and built a framework for Acrobat to improve its download performance. Notably, she was selected amongst 5 finalists for the new Product ideas in Adobe’s Hackathon.
