Loa Baastrup

Loa Baastrup designs and facilitates large-scale strategy processes and has trained more than a thousand people in visual facilitation. She is the co-author of "Visual Collaboration", a book filled with tools and ways to improve your teams' meetings, projects, and processes. She has also worked with Product teams in Lego, Maersk, and Tata. Since 2009 she has been a Visual Facilitator at Bigger Picture Aps and is the company's current CEO. Loa earned her Bachelor's degree in International Communication and Language from the Copenhagen Business School.
