Mads Johnsen is a product management executive with an impressive 20-year career spanning Europe and the US. With a passion for solving problems and a knack for working with dynamic teams, he has consistently excelled in delivering results at a rapid pace. His diverse skill set includes expertise in product management, product strategy, B2B SaaS, and consumer mobile applications. Most recently, he served as the Chief Product Officer at Calm, a global leader in the wellness industry. During his tenure, he led the product management, design, and research teams, contributing to Calm's mission of making the world healthier and happier. With his strategic vision and leadership, Mads successfully guided the development and execution of product strategies, driving innovation and growth within the organization.

Prior to joining Calm, Mads held prominent roles at renowned companies, including Uber and LinkedIn. As the Senior Director of Product Management at Uber, he spearheaded the expansion of Uber's B2B offerings across rides, eats, health, and transit solutions, overseeing a team of approximately 35 product managers. Before his time at Uber, Mads led the product strategy and business operations teams for LinkedIn's Talent Solutions and Careers business. Collaborating closely with the VP of Product, he played a pivotal role in developing long-term product roadmaps and identifying opportunities for top-line growth.

Mads' academic achievements are equally notable. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where he was honored as a Siebel Scholar, receiving a full tuition scholarship. Additionally, he obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, where he was awarded a full-tuition scholarship to study abroad at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
