Maggie Crowley serves as VP of Product at Toast, the cloud-based technology platform built for restaurants and retail food and beverage businesses. Tasked with shaping product strategy across the platform, she leads product efforts spanning point of sale, payments, and operations, along with Toast's growing suite of AI-powered tools. Her scope touches how tens of thousands of operators run their businesses day to day, from managing menus and staffing to understanding sales trends. As Toast pushes further into AI-driven restaurant technology, Maggie's role sits at the center of that shift.

At Toast, Maggie leads the product organization behind Toast IQ, the platform's AI assistant for restaurant and retail operators. Under her product leadership, Toast IQ has expanded from a set of smart features into a full conversational assistant that lets operators ask questions in plain language and take action, like updating a menu or adjusting a shift, directly within Toast. Before joining Toast, Maggie held product leadership roles at Charlie Health and Drift, and started her product career at TripAdvisor, experience she draws on to align engineering, design, and operations around a single roadmap.
