Mohit Kapoor

Mohit Kapoor is a Staff Product Manager at Bumble with a strong background in building scalable and data-driven products from scratch across platforms. With his experience in product management and user experience design, he has successfully coordinated with global stakeholders and delivered products across various industries such as Proptech, eCommerce, and travel.

Prior to joining Bumble, Mohit served as a Senior Product Manager at Depop, where he led the product effort for the community experience for a multi-million-strong community. He also worked as a Senior Product Manager at Spotahome, leading the product effort on fulfillment and operational efficiency through supply-side products. During his time there, he launched multiple products to improve engagement and productivity, which resulted in key KPIs such as improvement in booking confirmation rate, response time for landlords, and reduction in call drivers. He also led a 10-member cross-functional team that included developers, designers, and a PM.

Mohit's experience also includes working as a Product Manager at Amazon, where he led the product effort for the experience of new sellers on the Amazon platform. He identified key gaps in the journey of a seller and worked with global stakeholders to build new seller-focused products within Amazon and Amazon Seller App platform to improve the success rate and retention for newly launched sellers.
