Naz Pethani

Naz is an experienced Product Leader with more than 15 years working in Product Management. He is currently holding the position of Product Leader at Netflix. After more than 14 years working at Deluxe Entertainment and attaining the position of Vice President of Product Strategy, Naz moved to Netflix where he is currently working, responsible for Media Management and Studio Product Innovation. He is a successful leader with a proven track record across a wide range of positions - past roles have required him to launch and commercialize new technologies (UMD, HD-DVD, and Blu-ray), build high-performing teams and leaders and build a global product structure. He has a wide experience developing product strategy to integrate a portfolio of acquired product lines, managing P&Ls, turning around failing divisions, running mission-critical operations and supporting diverse media groups and products.
