In his previous role at Nike as a Sr PM, he focusing on defining elite capabilities specifically designed to increase and maintain consumer trust with industry-defining data privacy controls within Nike’s digital experiences and working to define the vision and product strategy. Nikhil owns the end to end execution and delivery of a large-scale Consumer data ecosystem system, works with resources across the organization from design to delivery to launch, and manages delivery challenges and defines rollout strategies. Prior to his current role at Nike, Nikhil was a Senior Business System Analyst, where he planned, led, executed, and delivered compelling and actionable consumer insights and managed multiple projects and stakeholders. Additionally in this role, he communicated and partnered with engineers and data scientists, managed the development and execution of advanced analytics insights and innovative solutions, and designed and executed end-to-end testing, research, and analytic plans to identify opportunities to accelerate growth and improve the consumer experience.
