Nilo Dutta Roy

As a Product Leader for the past decade, Nilo has led teams in Software Engineer and Products and has driven innovation at scale, delivering a world-class digital experience that reaches millions of customers while enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. Currently, he is a Principal Group Product Manager at Microsoft leading the Product Management and Design organization responsible for the Datacenter Operational Intelligence and Infrastructure Management solutions that power the most reliable and efficient DCs on the planet. Prior to this, he was a Director of Product Management at Allen Institute for AI2, an AI research institute where he led all research planning efforts and launched an AI-powered search & discovery tool to navigate scientific literature.  Before joining AI2, he had other product and engineer roles at Microsoft, where he worked for the Bing search team with large-scale, data-intensive, AI/ML-driven products.  Prior to Microsoft,  Nilo was a Software Engineer e-commerce consultant for Fortune 500 clients and worked at Amazon leading web development for enterprise-level e-commerce channels.
