Nishanth, Lead Product Manager for AT&T eCommerce, is leading the company’s efforts to develop an omni-channel delivery experience for their end-users. His responsibilities include developing product strategy, building customer-centric roadmaps, managing business priorities, and delivering products that customers love. With a knack for technology, and an unparalleled obsession for stellar customer experience, he strives to deliver world-class products that can delight customers throughout their lifecycle. Prior to this, Nishanth headed the product marketing group at Progress DataDirect. His responsibilities included Go-To-Market, demand generation, website management, content strategy, SEO strategy, product evangelism, sales enablement, public speaking, webinars, analyst relationship management and more. Nishanth was a software developer before he got his MBA from UNC. During his career as a software developer he worked on databases, java applications, SSO, SQL, cloud solutions and more. As an IIT graduate and UNC alumnus, he strives to leverage his strong technical and business skills to rally both the technical and non-technical stakeholders towards a customer-first and a future-proof product.
