Oleg Pashinin is a seasoned Product professional with experience building enterprise products at Google Cloud. His product area overlooked all infrastructure solutions that helped to run the Google Cloud business, including hardware capacity planning in data centers, contracting and billing, partner enablement, cost calculations, and sales efficiency.
Oleg also worked at the Google Research team, where he led the UX effort and market research for artificial intelligence and machine learning pipelines aimed to build transformative products in Computer Graphics. Outside of his work, Oleg is passionate about design thinking, applying Stanford's school principles to designing products and processes. He is a certified Design Sprint Facilitator, having led sessions for Google-internal and external teams of up to 100 people.
Oleg is also motivated to help early-stage companies and founders succeed in their journey. Throughout his career, he advised various startups on product development, strategy, and growth. He founded a Google ScaleUp program – an internal Google incubator that provides advisory to the most promising growth startups.
Before moving into the Product Management role, Oleg worked as a Developer and Sales Engineer in Cloud, and previously in Sales, Marketing, and Finance. He holds degrees in Computer Science and Economics.
