Paul’s team is responsible for supporting, educating, and empowering this community of imagination workers by connecting them with peers, partners, and on-demand facilitation experts. Paul is an advocate for the Talent Economy, inspiring others to embrace their potential in the future of work. For over 20 years, he held leadership positions at Dell, Amazon, and Microsoft, where he led a team of HR, procurement, and legal trailblazers to launch Microsoft's Gig Economy freelance program. Each week, Paul provides insights and perspective to nearly 100K readers of his LinkedIn newsletter, and he frequently shares his insights as a speaker and panelist.
