Rachel D'Agostino

Rachel is a seasoned Product Leader with strong experience working in companies both big and small. Currently, she is working at Tinder in San Francisco. Before this, she was a Senior Product Manager at SiriusXM. She first worked on the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Automatic Labs product. She also drove sales, designed early POCs for new products, and found opportunities to prioritize product prioritization. She then moved on to working on their Advanced Products.

She also was the CEO and Founder of Incbase, a platform that enables high-velocity decision-making through existing project and planning data. She also previously worked for Wayfair as a Manager of Product Innovation. During her time there she oversaw five strategic teams that were focused on gaining momentum for planning, execution, and hiring/molding masters in product management.

Rachel earned her Bachelor's in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Babson College. She later went on to study Innovation and Technology for her Master's at Boston University. She is also a Certified Scrum Master.

Rachel is a greatly capable leader who is consistent when it comes to inspiring her teams to do better while working towards their common goal. One colleague has said she was extremely easy to work with and someone he always felt comfortable going to for help or with questions. Being such an inspirational leader, she is someone any team would be lucky to have on their side.
