Rachel Obstler

Rachel is a master when it comes to the world of product. With over 20 years of experience as a Product Leader, she knows how to lead teams as they build incredible products that satisfy the customers' wants and needs. She has worked as a VP of Product for more than 16 years and is currently leading as the CPO at Heap, where she is working to create the next generation of digital analytics that will enable teams to come together and deliver better results, faster. Before that, she held this title at PagerDuty, Dynatrace, Keynote Systems, and DeviceAnywhere. She also has experience working as a Director of Product Management and Senior Product Manager.

Rachel attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for her Bachelor's in Management. She later continued her education at Standford University, earning a Master's in Business Administration. With years of experience under her belt, she has an incredible understanding of her products and their advantages. She also has a stellar ability to communicate this in order to bring in new, potential customers. She also knows that effective teamwork and handoffs are incredibly important no matter the task. To Rachel, data is a great equalizer when it comes to aligning a team around a shared vision towards a better understanding of the customer experience.
