Roi Lavan

Roi is an entrepreneur and product leader passionate about building and scaling products, teams, and companies. Currently, he is the VP of Product at ZipRecruiter, the fastest-growing job board in the US. Prior to this, Roi held many positions in product across various companies. He was a Product Advisor at AppsFlyer and works with Startups to help them shape the product. Roi was also a Product Manager at Lyft where he built and led the marketing technology team and worked on user acquisition products to acquire new drivers and passengers efficiently. In addition, he was the VP of Product at AOL, where he led teams of product managers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts to deliver centered around data and analytics. The Product Management roles he has held have allowed him to connect customers with problems and products/technologies that solve them
