Ryan Dicicco

Ryan Dicicco is a PM at Google working on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) for Google Cloud. Before that, he spent six years of his career at Microsoft, hopping between roles as Product and Program Manager. His most recent focus was working on Deal Economics and CLV as a Product Lead. He designed their KPI framework and owned the internal platform used to evaluate enterprise deal economics. After taking on this role, he scaled the user base 7x while improving user satisfaction and reducing deal discounts.
Before that he brought customer-centric lifetime value measurements to the Microsoft Stores channels as a Program Manager, reducing costs by $3M. He also worked as a Product Manager on Voice of the Customer and as a Program Manager for Supply Chain Analytics. He was also listed as an inventor on a patent for a multi-channel holistic customer listening model that is still used today.
Ryan went to Arizona State University where he earned his Bachelor's in Finance and Supply Chain Management. During his studies, he held internships at US Airways, Dell, and the ASU Office of the President.
