Ryan Rhodes is a Customer Trainer at Lucid who works alongside the content development team to ensure they are delivering the most high-quality training possible. He works with thousands of users and teams, providing them with the tools they need to be successful and have a positive learning experience.

Ryan earned his Bachelor's in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Southeast Missouri State University. During his studies, he mentored new students as a Resident Assistant and an LGBT Student Peer Mentor. He was recognized by the university for his talents, having received the President's Spirit of Southeast award and graduating with a Summa Cum Laude title.
