Sergio is a Senior Product Manager at Amazon Prime Video, where he owns the product strategy for scaling production of marketing digital assets across channels. He is a product leader with over six years of experience building (zero-to-one) multilingual and personalized CX in eCommerce and OTT video (B2B/B2C). He has rolled out products in 15+ countries and generated €100M+ new revenue streams by improving customer engagement metrics and leveraging AWS technologies.
Since 2018, Sergio has coached and mentored Product Managers new to the role or people wanting to transition into Product Management. Previously, he was a Product Quality Manager at IBM, working on software integrated solutions used in OLTP, Big Data, and M2M applications. He is also a self-proclaimed artist exploring the intersection between art, technology, and progress.
