Shahzad Shaikh is a seasoned product and business leader with extensive experience across B2B and consumer software, specializing in driving product-led growth. Currently, as Head of Product Management for Growth, Mobile & Engagement at Asana, Shahzad leads a team of 15 product managers and over 170 cross-functional professionals. His focus includes optimizing Asana’s self-serve business, enhancing the mobile and desktop experiences, and delivering impactful integrations across third-party platforms. Shahzad’s leadership has been key to driving customer value and growing Asana’s business through adoption, retention, and monetization strategies.

Before joining Asana, Shahzad served as Product Management Lead at Meta, where he led major initiatives focused on business growth and customer engagement. He is also a mentor at First Round Capital, offering guidance to startup founders and leaders on product management, go-to-market strategy, and growth. Shahzad holds a Bachelor's degree in Management, cum laude, from Pepperdine University.
