Sheerine Baucum

Sheerine Baucum is a Product Leader at Atlassian where her main task is to communicate a clear product strategy and vision to support customers’ needs. She has vast experience in product since she’s operated as a Product Analyst, Product Manager, and Product Management Team Lead. Prior to that, she worked in Agio as a Human Resources Intern, where she had the chance to get to know more about the whole employee life cycle from recruitment to retirement.

Sheerine holds a Bachelor's Degree with a Major in Human Resources Management and a Minor in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma. Besides that, she’s a Certified Scrum Product Owner and a Certified Scrum Master. Sheerine won the NextGen Under 30 award for pushing her boundaries in various categories of endeavor.
