Sheila Guastamachio

Shelia is a strong leader in the product world with a focus on amazing customer-focused experiences and groundbreaking products. She has experience across industries and departments leading effective change in each one. Currently, she is the Director of Product at PayPal working to create products that drive customer success by predicting their needs and giving them the best experience possible. Before this, she worked at Kaiser Permanente as Director of Product Management for their mobile app, customer experience, consumer onboarding, and emerging tech areas. She was in charge of managing a team of over 15 senior product managers, who worked to push the company into innovation. Sheila also has product management experience working for Ingenio, AT&T Interactive, and Classified Ventures. She earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.
