Shirley Ng

Shirley is a Microsoft Product Leader focused on ensuring a fantastic user experience in the family safety and privacy space of the Microsoft Edge Browser. She also played a major role in the launch of Microsoft Edge Kids Mode, which was recognized as a new browser differentiator.

Before this role, she worked on Product Management at Influitive. She was a part of a cross-functional team that successfully launched their new homepage and increased user engagement by 25%. She also performed analytic tests and research to support product and feature decisions. She has also worked as a User Experience Designer at TD Labs and IBM Canada.

Shirley attended the University of Waterloo for her Bachelor of Applied Science. Her studies were focused on Systems Design Engineering. She also played an active role in the Women in Engineering and Engineers Without Borders associations.
