Shubhangi Sharma

Shubhangi is a Product Leader with a strong background in software development. She is known for her great sense of humor, top-tier troubleshooting skills, and ability to build strong relationships. She believes that it is of the utmost importance to have a positive workplace environment and culture where the whole team truly cares and helps each other.

Now she is building products at Expedia that revolutionize the platform and marketplace. She began with the company back in 2017, when she worked as a Product Manager Intern for three months. She then would join the company as a full-time Product Manager working in their Austin office. In this role, she improved the user experience and reduced late payments from property renters through an automated payment schedule for reservations. She also saved the company millions in marketing contributions by instituting redundancy in supported payment processors. After her three years in this role, she went on to continue her product management work for the company in India.

Shubhangi attended the Uttar Pradesh Technical University, studying Computer Science for her Bachelor’s degree. A few years after graduating she continued her education at the University of Rochester Simon Business School. There she earned her Master’s of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Strategy.
