Stephanie Tanzar

Stephanie is a Director of Product Management at Pendo. Beyond that, she is also an entrepreneur, engineer, and designer who loves to solve tricky problems. She goes out of her way to understand each and every one of her customers' needs by creating close relationships with them. Then she uses her innovative thinking and deep understanding of agile product management to find a solution that she immediately puts to work.

Before Pendo, She spent almost three years at VMware Carbon Black, first as a Senior Manager of Technical Product Management and later as a Director of Product Management. She was the owner of the near-term product roadmap and gave roadmap presentations to both customers and prospects. She used her strong communication skills to collaborate with the engineering team to push the organization to improve. She also used VoC, optimizing what customers said, to create practical plans for the products.

Previously, she spent just over six and a half years working at Rally Software first as a Software Engineer and later in Product as a Product Owner and Principal PM. As in all her roles, she was always working to improve the product line vision and strategy by being the voice of the customer.

Stephanie has been described by coworkers as a natural leader who motivates her whole team. She gives her projects 100% and is willing to take on the most difficult tasks without hesitation. Her balance of talent with her work ethic makes her a huge asset to any team.
