Surabhi Shastri is the Senior Director of Product at SiriusXM, leading AI recommendations across SXM Car, App, and Marketing. She supports a talented team utilizing cutting-edge AI technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, and Deep Learning to personalize experiences for over 150M+ users.Previously, Surabhi was at Instagram and eBay, where she led the algorithmic recommendations and ads team, enhancing personalization for 175M global users. She has over a decade of experience in building and leading products across healthcare, music, and e-commerce.At Saavn, India's largest music streaming service, she launched the first algorithmic playlists and tools for over 2M artists to understand their streams, grow fans, and monetize better. Surabhi also served as a strategy consultant for Booz & Co., focusing on technology and innovation strategies.She holds an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and a background in computer engineering. Surabhi considers herself a strategic thinker who, outside of work, enjoys volunteering to promote non-traditional learning methods and social entrepreneurship.
