Swaroop Desai

Swaroop Desai is a Product Leader at Meta working to grow their video destination, Facebook Watch. Before this, she was a Senior Product Manager at Crux Informatics managing both internal and external toolings. During her time there she launched their two-sided data marketplace platform Crux Discover, increased customer engagement, and built the developer tool Data Workbench. She did all this and more while still successfully leading a team of over 15 engineers building multiple products. She has also worked on Product at Bank of America and Deloitte.

Swaroop earned her Bachelor's in Engineering from the University of Mumbai. During her last two years of the program, she was simultaneously earning a Professional Certificate in Communication at Trinity College, London. She also holds a Master's in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology. She also studied Digital Marketing and Social Media Analytics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
