Tansik Koyuncu

Tansik is a Product Manager who loves building products that have a real impact on people. He specializes in user problem discovery, problem definition, rapid prototyping, hypothesis-driven A/B testing, and product strategy. Currently, Tansik is a Product Manager at Dropbox, focusing on driving collaboration and executing against plans with engineering, design, analytics, marketers, and feature product partners: making trade-offs, anticipating staffing needs, risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication. Additionally, he defines, understands, and improves key funnels and metrics. You’ll own features and experiments end-to-end, including writing product specs, driving cross-functional execution, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights and results throughout the company. Prior to his current role, Tansik was a Senior Product Manager at Better Mortgage, which is a direct to consumer online mortgage platform that has rebuilt the mortgage process to make it easier and cheaper to get a mortgage. He began his career as a Product Manager at PolicyGenius Inc as a Product owner for user-facing life insurance platform that millions of customers use. Tansik’s educational background includes making Dean’s Honor List all years at the University of Western Ontario and graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, and a Certification in UX/UI Product Management from General Assembly.
