Tirtha Chavan

Tirtha Chavan is a Director, Enterprise Transformation Office at Salesforce. She is a Global Business Transformation, Strategy, and innovation leader in the SaaS industry, with 10+ years of expertise in driving profitable growth, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency. She is also one of the elected Salesforce Women Network global leaders where she works to drive change and maximize impact through employee engagement. Before her current role, she spent over five years working at Autodesk. She began working on eCommerce products at the company and held multiple product roles before she finished her time there as a Principal Manager for business model strategy. Tirtha launched a Tiered Subscription - Premium Plan at Autodesk during COVID. Tirtha led the vision, strategy, planning, and execution of Premium Plan at Autodesk by leading 200+ people across geographies to help millions of customers during the pandemic.  

Throughout her career, Tirtha has always remained extremely customer-focused and leverages research and data to solve their most frustrating problems. It brings her real joy when she sees her products drive change for customers. Recently, Tirtha spearheaded Global Expansions in 3 regions - Chile, UAE, and Indonesia to unlock new strategic global markets and fuel profitable growth and job creation in local communities.

Tirtha attended the University of Mumbai, earning her Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. She also attended the University of Arizona, receiving a Master's in Management Information Systems. During her studies, she intervened at AIG working with their business strategy team, and worked as a Project Lead/Graduate Assistant at her University.
