Tyler Segalla has been working in SaaS and Customer Success for 7+ years, consulting with companies of all shapes and sizes, from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. As a Senior Customer Success Architect at Amplitude, Tyler works with customers to optimize their data strategy so they can achieve the best analytical insights possible and take the next best actions to improve their digital products via experimentation, personalization, and informed decision-making. He also brings a background of previous experience working in both the localization and advertising industries. In his spare time, Tyler advocates for the safety of LGBTQ+ youth by volunteering with The Trevor Project.
