Vytautas Paulauskas

Vytautas is an experienced IT professional with over 15 years of experience in custom software development and product companies. His technical background and interpersonal intelligence brought him to Devbridge, a software design and development company where he is currently the Director of Engineering Practices. Prior to this, Vytautas was a Solutions Architect at Adform, an integrated advertising platform. He was responsible for developing and adopting the back-end system used by multiple engineering teams at the company. Before this, he was a Lead of the Engineering Unit at Devbridge, managed a team with more than 40 engineers and collaborated with other departments to build software for national and international clients in Finance. Vytautas had other experiences in software development, project management, and programming.
