Xema Pathak

Xema Pathak is a well-seasoned product professional with years of experience helping teams make better data-driven decisions to propel and grow. Currently, she is working as a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft. She started her current role after working at the company for two years as a PM II, building monitoring tools for Azure. Xema also previously worked at Network18 Media & Investments as a Senior PM for India's largest business portal. She started her product career as an Associate PM at People Interactive.

Xema earned her Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya Engineering College where she received a few awards including the annual Innovation Idea contest. After that she went on to study at MICA for her Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Communications. On top of that, she also holds a Master's in Business Analytics and Information Management
