Celebrating Women Product Leaders 2021
Tamar Yehoshua, CPO at Slack
Tamar Yehoshua is the Chief Product Officer at Slack. Being an executive leader is a golden achievement on anyone’s resume. Try spending 20 years at that level! She started at Google as a Director of Product Management, leading the Search Experience, Google Translate, and Internationalization teams. Throughout her Google career, she rose to Vice President and has been escalating the Product ladder all the way to her current role as CPO.
Tatynana Mamut, Product Innovator and former CPO at NextDoor
Tatyana Mamut is the former CPO of Nextdoor and a current member of the Board of Directors at UserTesting. The key to being truly excellent in Product is her customer-obsession, something which Tatyana absolutely masters. She currently works as a strategic tech advisor at her consultancy agency, helping fast-growing startups become Product-led organizations.
Shawna Wolverton, EVP of Product at Zendesk
Shawna Wolverton is the EVP of Product at Zendesk and an experienced Product Management executive. She has been very successful at leading great teams that deliver market-changing products loved by customers. She started her career at Salesforce, where she grew her role and influence during her more than fourteen years there, becoming a pivotal part of the product strategy team. Shawna began as a Localization Manager and eventually became Platform’s VP of Product.
Minal Mehta, Head of Product at YouTube
Minal Metha is the Head of Product at Youtube where she leads a portfolio of products serving specific needs in emerging markets for millions of users. Minal is an entrepreneurial, data-informed, and user-focused Product Executive & lifelong learner/generalist. You’ll often find her working on complex problems that require a multi-disciplinary approach. Over the past few years, she has become a subject matter expert for marketplaces and emerging markets.
Gyanda Sachdeva, VP of Product at LinkedIn
Gyanda Sachdeva is the VP of Product at LinkedIn. She has been working at LinkedIn for over ten years and is currently heading Premium Subscription products, Commerce platform, and Marketplaces. During her LinkedIn career, Gyanda’s titles have included Director of Product Management and Group Product Manager. She has led product strategy, design, and execution for LinkedIn Sponsored Updates and worked as a Product Manager for the self-service advertising platform. Before joining LinkedIn more than ten years ago, Gyanda worked in the Financial Industry for top players like Merrill Lynch.
Donna Romer, VP of Product at Spotify
Donna Romer is a VP of Product Development at Spotify, New York. She has previously worked as a VP of Product at IBM, where she led the core Watson API product team to deliver its AI capabilities. Earlier in her career, Donna founded and Co-founded several startups such as Handroll.tv, an HTML5 video platform; Yarn, an AI-based photo discovery platform; and Yieldbot, an advertising yield optimization platform. Additionally, Donna has expertise in AI, computer vision, machine learning, digital cameras, NLP, search, and ad tech.

Anu Bharadwaj is the VP of Product at Atlassian, where she heads the cloud and data solutions for enterprise accounts. With over ten years of experience in the Product industry, Anutthara is an accomplished executive with a record of growing $500m+ businesses shipping products across companies. She is passionate about making the world a better place through technology and effective philanthropy. Before joining Atlassian, Anu worked at Microsoft for over ten years.
Sharmeen Browarek, VP of Product & Engineering at Twitch
Sharmeen Browarek is the current VP of Product and Engineering at Twitch, focusing on the Community Team. At Twitch, Sharmeen helps build thriving communities by leading engineering, product, data, and design. Before her current role, she worked as a Senior Product Engineer at Leeo, a sensor-enabled safety net, where she guided the company through its first engineering and product development phases to a successful launch in 2014. Shareen has experience leading technical teams and working in a global engineering & product organization and excels in cultivating inclusive work culture, empowering teams to do their best work, and building their users’ love.
Asha Sharma, CPO at Instacart
Asha is the Chief Operating Officer of Instacart. And before that, she worked as the VP of Product at Facebook for over four years, supporting the product & engineering teams for Video Communication, Messenger Kids, and RCS. Most notably, Asha was responsible for the growth, sales, revenue operations, and customer support of Porch. This vertical software platform provides software and services to more than 10,500 home services companies. At Porch, Asha’s primary responsibilities included brand, revenue, and resource allocation. Asha also worked at Microsoft, Deloitte Consulting, Cargill, SC Johnson & Son, and started two companies.
Brittany Bankston, Co-founder of Black PMs & Lead PM at BCG
Brittany Bankston is an experienced Senior Product Manager at MainStreet and the President and Co-Founder of Black Product Managers Network. For example, at BCG Ventures, Brittany worked to develop new technologies that fundamentally transformed entire industries worldwide. Before joining, she held Product roles at places like Ericcson, Intuit, and her own company, Elovee. Brittany co-founded the Black Product Managers Network to empower and provide opportunities to under-represented minority product leaders.
Avni Shah, VP of Product at Google
Avni Shah is the VP of Product at Google. Avni is a computer scientist and business executive currently leading product, engineering, and design on a new initiative focused on long-term impact in education. Previously, she led the product team for Google Chrome and Google Maps & Local efforts for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In 2014, Avni was one of two women to take the stage during the Google I/O keynote conference and has participated in organizations that support women in technology all over the world. Shah graduated from MIT with a degree in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering.
Anique Drumright, VP of Product at Loom
Anique Drumright is the VP of Product at Loom. Anique has experience aligning Product, design, and engineering to ship high-quality products. Before joining Loom, she was the VP of Product at TripActions, where she helped 2,000+ customers reduce average booking time from 60 minutes down to six while achieving an unprecedented 90% traveler adoption. Moreover, Anique worked at Uber as Product Operations, Partnerships, and Vehicle Solutions and at Teach of America as a Director of Alumni Community Building. She is an incredible organizational talent and product leader.
Liron Markus, VP of Product at Fiverr
Liron Markus is the VP of Product at Fiverr and a wise leader with a remarkable ability to see the effect of a product decision. Although she is a mathematician and a software engineer by training, she decided to focus on the business side of tech very early in her career. Before joining Fiverr, she spent 10 years in Boston, where she got her MBA at MIT Sloan, and later managed products and built product teams at various organizations.
Roshni Jain, VP of Product at Eventbrite
