The panel of judges consisted of Justin Bauer, SVP of Product, Amplitude; Sara Rossio, Chief Product Officer, G2; Ben Ilfeld, former Head of Product, VentureBeat; and Nir Eyal, author and consultant, Nir and Far. Winners and finalists were chosen by the judges based on the criteria of innovation, business impact, diversity and influence, which was determined by whether or not the nominee received multiple submissions on their behalf.

The win is a true testament to Carlos’s dedication to Product Management, and the progress he has achieved making Product knowledge accessible to all.

Product School is the gold standard in Product Management training and I’m excited to be working with Silicon Valley’s top Product Leaders and our growing in-house team to keep pushing Product Management forward.”

On May 10th, Product School held our first in-person ProductCon event in more than two years at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco. The event featured 11 speakers and resulted in more than 2000 attendees. 4000+ product people streamed the event online and took the opportunity to participate in Q&As, listen to focused sessions and watch interactive presentations on the main stage. The next event for aspiring and senior PMs will happen in London on September 8th.

Aside from making events like ProductCon happen, Carlos also contributed, along with a working group, to the Future of Product Management Report, one of the most anticipated reports within the world of Product this year. The report revealed how increased demand for Product Managers fueled by the opportunities created by Product-Led Growth has changed the Product career path and opened doors for both individuals and organizations.
