Jaime DeLanghe

Jaime DeLanghe is a distinguished product executive and organizational leader who currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Slack, the platform that has fundamentally transformed global enterprise communication. In this role, she leads the product strategy, design, and execution for a digital headquarters relied upon by millions of teams worldwide. Since joining Slack as a Product Lead in 2017, Jaime has rapidly progressed through the leadership ranks, previously serving as Director of Product Management and VP of Product. Her leadership focuses on driving cross-functional alignment and unlocking operational efficiency, ensuring that Slack’s continuous evolution—including its integration of advanced automation and AI—solves complex collaboration challenges for businesses at scale.

Prior to her executive tenure at Slack, Jaime spent seven transformative years at Etsy, where she demonstrated an exceptional trajectory from a Trust and Safety representative to Director of Product Management. During her time there, she was instrumental in building scalable product organizations and aligning engineering and design to support the marketplace's rapid global growth. Jaime holds a BA in English from Wesleyan University, bringing a unique, narrative-driven approach to complex technical problem-solving.
