Under their leadership, the program expanded across 10+ European markets, growing to 2.5M+ members and driving over €1.3B in revenue—17.5% of the company's total. Aaditya leads a multidisciplinary organization across product, UX, analytics, and market research, and has launched groundbreaking innovations, including AI-powered SEO content engines, dynamic delivery systems, and retention-driving MarTech solutions, consistently increasing conversion rates, organic traffic, and customer lifetime value.
Prior to Zalando, Aaditya held key leadership roles at Meta, where they led global product and policy strategies in Business Integrity, supporting major launches across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Pay. Their work spanned everything from scaling political ad enforcement tools for U.S. elections to launching Instagram Shopping Checkout and Reels Ads, with measurable impact on user trust, advertiser adoption, and monetization.
