As Head of Product for Subscription and Loyalty at Zalando, Europe’s leading fashion platform, Aaditya led the 0-1 journey for the program and the underlying group of products, and scaled the business to 10+ European markets achieving 2.5M+ paid subscribers, whilst building and leading a multidisciplinary organization spanning product management, UX, analytics, and operations. Aaditya has driven multiple ML/AI powered innovations aimed at optimizing and fixing the entire product lifecycle, enhancing personalization, and fueling business growth.
Previously in the US, at Meta, Aaditya led global product and policy strategies in Trust & Safety, applying ML to enforce political ad integrity safeguarding elections, detect coordinated inauthentic behaviour, and safeguard billions of users. He's also led commerce initiatives for the company, and supported global product launches like Instagram Shopping Checkout and Reels Ads, driving adoption, monetisation, and ecosystem growth.
