Agentic Workflows & Loops is Product School's advanced AI agents certification, taught live online for intermediate and advanced product managers. It teaches you to become an agentic PM: build and manage a fleet of agents that do your PM work. Across 12 live hours you build and deploy your own PM agent, widening its autonomy only as fast as it earns trust.
Is Agentic Workflows & Loops the same as the Advanced AI Agents Certification?
Yes. Agentic Workflows & Loops is the full name of Product School's Advanced AI Agents Certification. Older listings may use either name.
What are AI agents?
AI agents are systems that use a language model to pursue a goal with limited human input. They plan steps, call tools, retrieve information, act and check the results before deciding what to do next. Unlike a chatbot that answers one prompt at a time, an agent keeps working until the task is done or a stop condition is reached.
How do AI agents work?
An agent runs a loop: a trigger starts it, it decides on a step, acts using a tool, observes the result, and repeats until it meets its definition of done or hits a stop condition. Reliable agents are also grounded in the right context and memory, contained by hard bounds, and checked by evals. Agentic Workflows & Loops teaches each of these parts in its own module.
How do you build an AI agent as a product manager?
You start by drawing the agent line: deciding which work goes to the agent and which stays with you. Then you:
1. Design a robust loop, such as a Monday-morning heartbeat that assembles your weekly update on its own.
2. Orchestrate a reliable team of agents, such as a researcher, a writer, a GitHub or Jira reader and a critic.
3. Ground the agents in context and memory: your roadmap, past updates, decision log and team norms.
4. Contain them with bounds and evals, such as no auto-posting and a guard on confidential data.
5. Deploy, then widen autonomy on evidence, one step up the trust ladder at a time.
That is the sequence of the six modules in this certification.
Do I need to be technical to take Agentic Workflows & Loops?
You need a strong foundation in AI concepts in a product context. This is not an entry-level course. Product School strongly advises completing the AI Product Management Certification first and highly recommends prior Vibe Coding experience.

You fork a template repo and fill it in module by module: an agent line, a loop design, an orchestration map, a context and memory setup, bounds and evals, and an autonomy dial with a trust ladder.
