Aaron Goldsmid

Aaron Goldsmid is a product and engineering executive with over 20 years of experience who serves as SVP of Product at Deel. Tasked with leading product strategy across Deel's fintech, compliance, and AI agent initiatives, he oversees a product organization building tools used by companies in more than 150 countries. His remit spans Deel's payments and fintech suite as well as Akai, the AI agent platform now running across the company's finance, HR, and compliance operations. As Deel pushes further into agentic AI for back office work, Aaron's product organization sits at the center of that shift.

At Deel, Aaron drives the product strategy behind Akai, the company's AI agent system. He played a central role in Akai's evolution from an internal automation tool, where more than 8,000 AI agents now handle work equivalent to roughly 600 full-time employees, into a standalone product that helped Deel add over $140 million in ARR in 90 days without increasing headcount. Aaron specializes in applying AI to real operational bottlenecks rather than surface level features, and works closely with engineering, finance, and policy teams to bring agentic products from internal tool to market.
